Ok that would be good this way i can track it down better (known issues)or repairs.

 

I have the factory alarm system on my 2004 model. Some things are the same as your model, I think. Is there a red light on the dashboard, and if so, is it flashing? If you are in Valet mode the red light should be blinking twice every few seconds. To get it in and out of Valet mode turn the ignition key off then on three times within ten seconds (without starting the engine).
