Default No Start

I have the 4.6 intake and all back together, Now no start, I have reset the fuel cutoff just in case it was that. Went over all the hoses and everything is just fine. Also reset the computer by touching the neg. cable to the pos. terminal too. Any help would be great as you guys really know your stuff. Thanks in advance for all your help and Happy ThanksGiving too..... Mitch

It comes on for the check, Then goes off with all the other lights. I get NO codes neither. Where can I find the owners manual for this truck. I misplaced mine.. sheeshhhh. It actually almost started this morning but then just keeps turning and a peck here and there..
