Default Power Loss

Ok, I got the FSM awesome.. Got the new struts on looks great However I have a poor idol problem and when I step on the gas it very slowly creeps up to rpms. When I put it in gear it goes maybe 5 mph ????
Air Filter is new, Sea Foam in the tank, carb and crankcase.. No change.
It's like the throttle is not opening or it just cant breath..

For starters, if it was fine before you began your project, then we would conclude you might have accidentally disconnected a wire or plug that was responsible for fuel control and response .Not knowing exactly where you were working, how about checking all vacuum lines and wires and plugs in the area where you worked. Intake air system may not be responding (MAF sensor {Mass air Flow sensor} may not be measuring all air coming into engine and increase fuel accordingly. Make sure there are no leaks in the intake air tubing between the sensor and the throttle body.
Here we go again , is it safe to assume you are working on a 07 F150, 4.6 engine?

Yes it's a 2007 F 150 4.6L STX club cab, I have had to replace the struts, Drive Shaft, Put on new rims with tires too. I double checked all the vacuum lines and wires/plugs. I am totally stumped by this as it was like this when I bought it a few weeks ago. They said all it needed was a Carrier Bearing but would up replacing the whole driveshaft too. With that being said... It won't go over 5 mph. and if you stomp on the gas it would gradually pick up speed out of gear. In gear it has a hard time getting up the driveway...

Did this problem come about after you did your work?

If you remove the intake air tubing from the throttle body can you see the throttle blade move, key on of course?

Could you maybe have knocked off a ground wire thinking it was not important ?

If the problem started after the strut work, has to be related !!!

I bought it and had to have it towed to my house because they said that the carrier bearing was bad which it was. I took what they said and trusted them... My Mistake !!!
I had my brother work the throttle from inside cause theres no throttle cable to do it under the hood just the throttle position setup and it works just fine.
I checked all the wiring and all is good.
Not exactly sure when the problem started cause like I said it's idol was just fine.. ac works good and everything else seems good too.. I'm stumped.
Does the 4.6 L have the VCT solenoids for the 2007 150 ???
