Lean code needs to be addressed.

Being a single bank lean code, usually takes fuel system delivery off the table,, and fuel filter restrictions etc normally don’t affect idle unless severe. Although, i would certainly check for spec pressure/volume to prove it out.

A minor vacuum leak would not cause the engine to not make power/speed. What doesn’t make sense is that the idle was good prior to the work completed, and not in an area in close proximity to engine management hardware. You reported no codes prior, yet now 2195. 02 is plugged in, no damage? But even with the 02s unplugged wouldn’t cause a dead headed or excessive flat throttle.
Restricted or failing injectors, MAF, can cause lean codes (generally coding tho) PCV, intake leaks, EGR etc.

Being the trucks run condition was bought as unknown,, Comp test results were? Fuel pressure values were? Vacuum reading/value? Establishing base results isn’t a bad idea. Any mod/severe vacuum leak would show up spraying carb cleaner around potential leak areas.
Unless the 2195 was generated removing lines and such, id look at why the bank is overly lean...

What the problem was ... Was that I didn't know that I had to relearn the throttle body. I found it on Youtube, I just had to disconnect the battery then jump the pos and neg. cables together with out the battery that is. This way I erased all the memory on the computer. Then start it and let it run for 15 min. then take it for a ****ty ride so it can learn the values all over again.. Runs like a champ pretty much and smokes like a bitch because of the sea foam treatment. Thanks for all your help here. I learned some new things...

Thanks for the update.
Something had to be done that was not mentioned. That is usually why a throttle body relearn is required.
Are you sure the smoke is from seafoam and not some other reason?

White smoke, I'm like 90% sure it's the seafoam. The oil level is a bit over full but other than that it's fine...
Update the smoke has stopped...
