Default Programmers??

Hey guys, need some help. Any suggestions on a good programmer for my truck. Mainly looking for increased gas mileage, anything helps when all i get is 9MPG.

I have a 5.4L '05 F150 4X4 SuperCrew, its a King Ranch if that matters.

Thanks,
Scott.

I apologize for not being more clear in my question.
What I was asking is , at what speed can you feel it go into overdrive?
Also , when it does go into overdrive you can see the engine RPM drop.
Depending on how it is set up they generally go into overdrive around 40 MPH.
I asked this question because if you have oversized tires on it , you may not be going fast enough for the speedo to actually hit the overdrive engagement speed and it stays in the lower gear costing you mileage.
