Angry Sheerred intake bolt on head

One of the lower intake bolts going into the head has sheered and I tried to drill it out but, I broke a bit inside the drill hole. Besides taking off the head and taking it to a machine shop, what are the alternatives for getting these out?

If nobody else comes up with a better way or idea, this is what worked for me.
Get a 1/8 and 3/16 carbide bit and very carefully drill out the old drill bit and bolt to the point where you can heat it with a bernz torch and remove it with an EZ out.
I would make sure all the close by intake holes are sealed with a wet rag to prevent vapors in there from igniting. There does seem to be some meat sticking up maybe a little heat and a pair of vise grips will work. This is one of those things where patience helps a lot . Take your time and don't rush it and you should be able to remove the remaining part of the bolt without damaging the threads in the head.
They do make left handed drill bits and just maybe you carefully could loosen the broken bit and remove it.

Default Still nothing

I tried to heat it up an use the vice grips but it's so rusted, it wouldn't even budge. I just went ahead and removed the head. I'm just gonna let the machine shop deal with it. Just less of a headache for me now. Thank you for the advice
