I have a 2016 Ford F-150 that I lost the only key fob that I have for it and the dealer says that the key fobs are on back order indefinitely. My question is do OEM key fobs come already cut if not who can I get to cut the key? Also are all keys cut alike as far as the layout of the key?

 

I would try to locate a capable locksmith and ask what he can do for you, sometimes they can make temporary steps that at least allow you to use your vehicle worth looking into.

You might also try a few other dealerships, one might have a few sitting on their shelves.

Once you get the correct FOB, you can have either a dealership or locksmith program it for you.
