Default Tranny leaking @ electrical pig tail.

My 2010 is leaking fluid at the electrical pig tail at the rear . Does anyone know if it can be replaced with the tranny intack or whether it will need to be pulled? Any cost estimate if one has experienced it?

Most of the time there is an "O" ring between the plug and the trans and the plug may be secured from the inside , in which case the pan removed to hopefully gain access to replace the harness.. It appears the trans will need to be opened up.

Thanks. Apreciate the feedback . I figure a seal failed but didn't know the extent of the labor involved to replace it . So you think the harness will ned to be replaced or can they reuse it and just replace the "O" ring ?

Once opened and the seal/seals replaced the plug/socket can be used barring any damage.. A spray of contact cleaner will clear the oil contamination.
