I just got a 2005 ford f 350 it came with 1 key no fob it starts ok can i get more keys and fobs does the 1 key also open the door locks

 

It should. You will need someone with the proper tool to program a second working key, will be charged for that..
If you have 2 working keys you can manage to program up to 8 keys yourself.
A dealership should be able to program a key, or keys for you. Don't wait because if you lose that one key , now you will have to pay someone to come out to your vehicle to program keys or you will never get it started.
