Default 1969 F250 Ranger

Hello Ford Enthusiasts

I have a 69 f250 ranger with a 390fe in it. I'd like to put a 460 into it and I found one from a 73. Can I drop a 73 motor into my truck? Aside from new mounts, do I need to change anything abnormal over when I make that switch? I'd like to put one of these on the 460, has anyone used these? Will it fit under my hood? Is it better to use a carb or an EFI?

Thanks so much for your replies, you guys have bailed me out before and it's been super helpful for someone who has learned everything about mechanics work from YouTube. Hah hah!
