Default 2 questions about F450, DEF and headlamp assembly

Hello all:

I drive a F450 for a local company and had the misfortune of bumping into a large, stationary RED garbage dumpster. I busted the passenger headlamp assembly (and a dent in the fender).

Newbie here but two questions:

- can the braintrust here recommend a good vendor to find a replacement? I ordered one already, but apparently there are more than one type for the F450 super duty. Economical would be helpful. (2013 F450 super duty, XL, 6.7)

How long does the DEF typically last with medium duty hauling (loads, no trailers). Load values are up to 7000#, typically 1500-4000# 100-300 miles a day.

Thanks in advance.

I realize this may not be the most economical choice, but if it is important to get the right part the first time , if you provide your Ford dealer parts dept with the VIN, you should get the right stuff and do the job once. DEF consumption is also influenced by engine running time. Best to check it with every fuel fill up.
