Question 2001 f250 7.3 starter safety switch
I am having a problem w/ starter mostly in the clutch pedal start switch. I have to hold the ignition key in start position and move the clutch pedal back and forth to find the "sweet spot" before the starter will turn. I have a ford reman starter, solenoid and clutch switch replaced over the last three weeks. The batteries and cables are good, and engine starts easily once I hit the right spot.

Sounds like the clutch safety switch either needs to be adjusted or replaced.
