I have a 2010 F250 with a sun roof and when it rains it leaks in my truck from the light. I have changed the sunroof seal 2 times and it still leaks. Need help

 

Pretty sure there are drains provided at the corners. Make sure they are clear all the way down so the water can drain off the channels.

 

Do you have cab lights?

 

Yes and waters leaks from the cab light and sunroof control area.

Hanky is there a way to check the drains without taking the head liner down.?

 

A couple of things you can try,
Blowing some compressed air through a piece of small hose that will fit into the rear corner drains will dislodge the junk accumulated in there and drain out the bottom or
try inserting a piece of plastic type cord (weedwhacker) string and carefully push it through the drain hose to push the debris out the opening.
