Default 2012 F250 Wiper Cowling Trim

See pic. This is starting to break and come apart. Is this a DIY fix or am I going to need a glass company or dealer to replace? As you can see, it's got a couple of big gaps in it towards the center. I'm worried about snow/ice freezing in that gap and causing damage. TIA for any advice.

3M makes a clear sealer in a tube that you can purchase in an auto supply store. Just clean out any debris, apply the sealer and you are done.

I had wondered if just a good clear or black silicone would work. Thanks!
