I have a 2016 F-250 xl just purchased. I was only given one key and the speed on the highway was limited to 80 mph. I purchased a second key. When I went through the setup screen it stated that I know have all admin keys and no mykeys. I am assuming the dealer or original owner either lost one of the two keys or sold to aftermarket. OK so if I do not have a mykey controlling the speed what could be causing the speed to stall out at 80 mph. FYI in lower gears the engine revs just fine. I tried to see if it was just D drive so I tried to exceed 80 in 5th gear but I had same results.
