Default 6.0 no start

Hi having an issue with my 07 6.0 it wont start and is acting like its not getting fuel but there is fuel going to the rails. Oil pressure is good FICM power and sync is good Ipc and ipr are good as well. this is happening after i had the gasket on the secondary fuel filter break but i have tried forcing any air out and have been unsuccessful. im at a loss so any help would be appreciated.

I know that you say the numbers are good, but how about posting the actual values for us? It really does help use to see them ALL.

When cranking - what are:
Cranking rpms
ICP pressure
ICP sensor volts
IPR % duty cycle
Cam/crank Sync?
Injector Pulse Width
FICM MPower
FICM LPower
FICM VPower
V-reference voltage

Also, have you checked for air in the fuel supplying the secondary fuel filter? You can do this by removing the secondary fuel filter (and standing fuel) and then have someone turn the key on while you watch the bowl fill. Have the other person ready to shut the key off quickly, as the bowl SHOULD fill quickly.

Lastly - are you using OEM fuel filters? Some aftermarket fuel filters do not engage the air bleed that is designed into the secondary fuel filter system.
