Update. Fixed
I went and looked at the fuse 22 again. Has power to fuse. So im about to give up and just sell this truck. I touched the 22 fuse again . noticed its a little lose. I TOOK the whole panel out. Broke it open. Guys. Did yall know there is a motherboard inside the fuse panel.
Plain as day a burnt spot .. Right whwre the fuse 22 is.
Changed the whole panel.
Problem solved. Happy again.
