91 f250 lxt lariat 5.8L No turn signal
This goes back a little, but if I remember correctly, there are 2 flashers, one for regular signals , (2 prong) and one for hazards (3 prong)
They were both mounted on the same panel u8nder the left side of the dash..

OH...MY...GOODNESS........🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ I just swapped out about $115 worth of things I didn't need to. Thank you!
Per diagram above, it looks like both flasher relays are the exact same one, so remove the one for hazard and plug that into the one for signal and see if your signal works or not.
If it doesn't work still, leave the flasher (borrowed from hazard) plugged in, key in RUN, test voltage (at flasher electrical connector) on circuit 298 (purple/orange), any 12v, YES then test voltage (at the flasher electrical connector) on circuit 44 (light blue), NO then check fuse # 5

Steves,
If you do find fuse 5 blown , there may be a good reason for that and that could be a problem with the wiring in the steering column.
If I recall correctly the switch assy required the steering wheel be removed UNLESS your vehicle had the sw mounted where everything could be seen and just remove a few screws to make the change. Which do you have ?
