Default 95' F-250 7.5L XLT fuel leak

I have a fuel leak but I can't find it. I can smell it when I drive and about 30 seconds after I park. Seems its strongest by the passenger side rear wheel. There's no wet spots under it. I only use the rear tank. I've replace the fuel regulator and fuel pump. It has around 190,000 miles. I've been driving it for a year now.

My dad always took good care of it till he had liver failure and passed away. So I'm not sure if he kept up on maintenance but I don't think he did. It mostly sat in the desert for 3.5 years.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thumbs up

Welcome to the site..

Shouldn't be anything on the pass/rear, but being its noticed from the rear area look at the fuel fill pipe rubber connections for cracks, as well as the fuel vent cap (topside on the tank) and the lines leading from.

Rear tank only,, is/was there a problem with the midship tank?

Thanks! I'll try checking it out when the rain stops.

My dad left gas in the front tank after the front fuel pump broke. I'm not sure for how long. The fuel pump needs to be replaced and the front tank needs to be refinished or replaced. The gas that was pulled out of the front tank was pretty bad.
