Clutch pedal bushings
1999 F-350, 7.3 T D, 6 speed 2 WD
The clutch lever pivots on a steel shaft mounted in another housing that looks to be some sort of alloy.
There are 4 plastic bushings. Two go inside the pedal tube and two go inside the housing to support the shaft.
I have lost/broken one of the plastic bushings are they available?
Getting the dang thing back together while it is in the truck was not fun....

Sorry for the late response all, I have been very busy this week. I think that we talked via email earlier today. One part we discussed was this item 6C3Z7A581A (#6C3Z7A581A: RETAINER - SPECIAL). I think that he may need 1C3Z-11A152-AA (#1C3Z11A152AA: Clutch Starter Safety Switch)... Eric, if you get some photos feel free to post them or email them to me. I would be happy to dig a little deeper for you.

Follow upon the clutch pedal:
Removed the pedal and found the stud that goes through the "lollipop" end of the clutch cylinder was badly worn.
Didn't have much time to fix it correctly so I added some weld (6013 rod) to the worn section, flied it and polished it smooth. A new plastic clip went on. It rides on the stud and the rod end goes over it. Frankly it is a mickey mouse looking snap-on cage thing but it is what it is. Works ok now. Next time I'll be ding a proper milling machine and lathe project with a real bushing.
Removing the pedal required taking out the PCM and the parking brake assembly (partially) to get enough room to undo the "cir-clip" holding he pedal pivot rod in place. Kind of a pain in the neck job.
