Default Electrical issues maybe?

A bunch of stuff not working: high beams, no camera, no tow haul, cabin lights don’t come on when open door. Plus a bunch of warnings when start truck. Collision assist unavailable, hill climb unavailable etc. High beams work if you pull leaver towards you but won’t stay on. Anyone have an idea what’s happening?

Oh, I agree there is an electrical issue...
It is very important to know the year, model, engine, and a few other pieces of info because the similarity ends with they all have 4 wheels and a body.
This does not have to be a complex problem, but to find the cause is where then problem begins..
Those electrons have a mind of their own and chasing them down can sometimes be quite a challenge.
Suggest you consider having a good shop with a savvy tech have a chance to check out your vehicle..
Sometimes there may be a service bulletin to explain what has happened..
