Default No High Beam's

I have a 2014 F350SD, My high beam lights went out at the same time. I wouldn't think they burned out at the same time and both fuses are good? Could it be the multifunctiin switch...

The high beam power distribution comes through fuse #39 15amp in the Body Control Module (BCM). The fuse is for both R/L high breams.

If the fuse is good, it could be s problem within the internal BCM micro processor or a control input..

Low beams works fine?

The way the HB are commanded ON is, the Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) monitors an input from the multi function switch. When the HL switch is in the ON position and the multi function switch is placed in the high beam position, the SCCM sends a message over the HS-CAN network to the BCM to command the internal micro processor (not serviceable) to activate the high beams.
To not replace good parts, the BCM should be checked for DTC's. If not the multifunction switch, the BCM micro processor may be the culprit if fuse 39/15 amp is not open.
Also, check fuses F26 and F24 in the BCM for power distributions to the Steering Column Control Module.
Low beams have two fuses for L/R lamps, high beams share a fuse. Check F39 high beams protection for voltage present not just a visual check for an open fuse..
