Default F250 with 460 engine no dash and fuel pump

Hello,

I have a F250 with a 1987 460 engine in it. I seem to have a problem with my ignition system. If I turn the key to start (before ignition) nothing will come on (dash, fuel pump, etc). If I turn the key further to ignite it will crank the engine, but it wont start as there is no fuel. Since all of my dash is also without power I assume that a fusible link, relay or fuse or something is wrong.

I checked all the fuses I could find with a multimeter and I also replaced my ignition switch (which has power). I could confirm that I have power at the fuse terminals.

I am at a loss here. I have been trying to find fusible links etc, but did not find any.'

Does anyone have an idea where to look next?

On the passenger side inner fender well should be the starter relay. Positive power from the battery, should get to one of the large terminals on the relay Also,,, on that same relay terminal should be one or two wires that feed the ign sw and inside fuse panel with battery power present all the time. Those two wires are usually protected with fusible links. They can be found by noticing square molded connections at the link connection. If the vehicle attempts to start , it confirms power is at the switch and going to the relay.
There is an EEC power relay under the hood that should be checked for coming on when the key is turned to the on position.
The dash lites should get power from the ign sw through the fuse panel.. Confirm dash has a good ground.
There have been times when a fuse was inadvertently placed in the incorrect slot, have you checked for that?
You need to trace power from the ign sw to fuse panel and out to the rest of the vehicle when the key is on.
