Default F250 5.4L mis

Hi everyone, I have a 2005 F250 5.4L 3V 206000 miles. I have had the truck for a year now and has ran great with no check engine light ever appearing. Truck is stalling under load. It does not happen all the time only once or twice every 40 miles or so. It only does this while normal driving going up incline when truck is under load or passing on highway with cruise. It will miss then shut completely off I shift to neutral turn key off and starts up perfectly. I have replaced both VVT solenoids, both cam shaft sensors, #1 coil pack and a fresh oil change. I was told to test the coils while engine is idling by unplugging one at a time and if engine doesn’t change the coil is bad, that’s why I changed #1 coil. The check engine light will come on it shows P0011 or P0021 codes timing advanced. After clearing code it will not come on till the missing starts. Truck runs perfect idling, anyone had any issue like this. Thanks in advance for any help.

There could be something going on with the fuel supply system, but when were the spark plugs and fuel filter last changed?

I bought the truck from a older gentleman who bought it at 80k miles, he had motor completely rebuilt at 150k miles. Said he was having issues with the timing chain instead of just replacing timing job he went through the complete motor. I bought the truck at 185k little over a year ago I have had zero issues until a week ago. I would assume new plugs was installed when he had it rebuilt, I have not replaced the fuel filter. When the truck shuts off when the miss starts it cranks back immediately after, I never stop just shift to neutral turn key off and cranks up and keep going. With it cranking back immediately could that be fuel problems? Thanks for reply

There are a couple could bees,

If fuel filter in line OR tank, gets jammed internally and restricts fuel to engine, engine stalls, relieving pressure could allow restriction to back off temporarily,

If stall is due to possible electrical problem, that will require some further testing to pin down where connection /signal is getting lost .
What ever it is is affected by temperature that when engine is stopped , open circuit is allowed to close and circuit works. These can be "fun" to find.
