Default Fuel Delivery Problem 1992 F250 7.5 Liter

1992 F250 7.5 Liter (460) 4 WD XLT

Can anyone identify what these three small parts may may have come out of?
Two are made of a rubber-like material and one is metal. The black piece is 0.118 inch diameter and will fit in the cup of the metal piece. The metal piece is 0.166 inch long. The red piece is 0.108 inch diameter.

These three tiny pieces came out of the the fuel pressure line that goes from the fuel filter to the fuel rail. I can only surmise they came for a fuel injector or the fuel pressure regulator.

These may be the key to my fuel delivery problem. Which is, on engine side of fuel filter I have 90 PSI fuel pressure but on the rail's pressure relief valve (schrader valve) I have zero pressure.
