Default I have a gremlin

I NEED SOME HELP!!!
2008 f250 5.4L super duty plow truck 5r110w transmission I have had 18 + issues in the last 3 months. Today i noticed that the light that lights the ac/heat **** stays on 24/7 draining the battery i found the fuse on the passenger side floor 10amp #15 climate control head, if i shut the truck off and unplug it after 30 seconds the light will shut off. then replacing the fuse, it stays off until you start the truck, Also the radio just stopped working, the horn stopped working and the cluster lights for the tach and speed stopped working. The turn signals work outside the truck but nothing inside on the dash, general warning light works and lastly the front right head light only works on high beam i replaced it with no luck. i have checked all fusses under the hood and floor passenger side.

Here is what also has been replaced in the last 3 months some were bad
2 rear bottom, top door locks
2 rusted break lines
2 break lines from master cylinder to distribution block
fuel filter
gas tank straps
rear abs sensor
gas fuel modulator

4 sets of breaks and calibers
vss sensor on top of transmission
front l/r abs sensors
rusted oil pan
rusted transmission pan and internal filter
external transmission filter
2 transmission lines from filter to tranny
right front mirror
lof for tranny and oil filter
trailer light harness fixed

Just off the top, I suspect something is using the dash lamp for a ground..
The problem is to find what else is on that circuit and a wiring diagram might be required to make the job a lot easier.
The measures you are using to reset it tells us it maybe controlled by a particular module..
