Instruments are doing CRAZY THINGS
When my f250 is running the instrument panel, windows, door locks, radio etc are going on and off, on and off constantly. It still runs good so I can drive it but the instruments won’t stay on. I attached a Video of what it is doing. In the Video I had it on and just turned it off and turned it back on and it started doing all this crazy stuff.

Not knowing what year your vehicle is , Maybe some info may help shed some light on the problem.
Quite a few Ford F series came out from the factory with a leaking windshield on the driver's side. When that moisture got into the GEM (Generic Electronic Module) all sorts of crazy things took place.
Has your windshield ever been replaced
Have you noticed any rust or moisture presence around the dash on the drivers side?
If you can look under the dash just above the parking brake area check for any rust/moisture. If this is found, right by the fuse panel is the GEM. A lot of folks were able to unplug and remove it , clean out the moisture with electronics cleaner and when reinstalled everything was fine. Other times the GEM had to be replaced.
This may not be the problem with your vehicle, but is worth to check out.

Possibly the VSM (vehicle security module). It is against the firewall behind and below the sound system) - 4C7T-15K602-AJ. Also called the Multifunction Anti-Theft Keyless Entry Module. Also controls horn functions.
Ford separated a few modules in the 6.0L super duty's. They still have something they call a GEM, but it is the 4WD module.
