Loss of all door locks and door ajar light always on

I have a 2002 Ford F-250 4X4 crew cab with 7.3 liter. All door locks stoped working, door a jar light on all the time, auto head lights don't work, battery dies within days if truck isn't used, It has some codes of U1027, U1950, B1352, B1359. Any ideas on a direction. I'm wondering if the Gem module needs to be replaced.

Maybe some background info might shed some light .
Has the windshield ever been replaced ? We ask this because some models and years had a problem , right from the factory, or after the windshield was replaced where water got into the GEM module and produced some unexplainable problems.
Before replacing anything , take a look under the dash , driver's side, behind the fuse panel where the GEM is located, and look for any signs of water having made it's way in.(Intrusion) You can usually see rust or corrosion in and on the GEM too. If you after examination , see that ,sometimes we have opened the GEM and just dried it or lightly cleaned it and the problems went away. It was a common problem.
