The solenoid that controls the intake preheater is dead. One of the two lage studs is rusted and snapped off internally.
I'd like to replace this part but am not sure what to call it.

Does anyone have it for sale?

It's called an Intake heater relay and it is usually located adjacent to the fuel filter.
