Unhappy Main Bearing seal

I have a 2013 f250 superduty with the 6.7, it has 160 thousand miles on it the they telling me my rear main bearing seal it leaking. I don't take it off road only use it for pulling a horse trailer.Just wondering if anyone else had this problem?. tried calling ford company , there sying have tp write a letter with your concern.

There could be several reasons for a rear seal to start leaking.

The miles are up there, and maintenance records are important.

What kind of maintenance has been performed since you purchased it ?

Default Yes, have regular maintenance on vehicle since purchased.

Yes regular maintenance has been performed on vehicle

That info could be considered incomplete.
What you would have to provide is, what was done, by whom,where and mileage at the time and maybe the cost. Any receipts you have to back up the info you provide.
Just trying to save you some possible extra work and hopefully ,$$$.
We never know just how they would look at all of it .
