No wipers and tail lights
Yes, lights work everywhere besides in rear. I was thinking in between the bed and cab but was gonna start at switch.
The license plate lamps are working?? (Critical question)
If they are, the fail would almost have to be bulbs or bulb sockets for tail lamps , or a grounding issue at the sockets themselves. But If so,, turns etc shouldn’t be working if a socket grounding to bulb base issue.
And, the license and rear tail lamps ’share’ a ground at the chassis, so if the license lamps are on, it’s not a ground issue, at least at the chassis connection..
The license lamps are on the same BN wire circuit to the connector at the ’rear left frame area‘. If the license lamps are not working, checking forward in the harness on up would be the next step..
If it we’re the HL switch failing or a drop out (same BN output) front side lamps, front park lamps possible the mirror markers (although the park lamp relay comes into play there) would be out as well..

I’d check for power distribution at the tail lamp sockets, certainly for good bulbs.
If the license lamps are out, check the harness connector on the left rear frame for power distribution there. The ground is in that area as well, wouldn’t hurt to look at it, but if a bad connection there the license lamps would be affected as would the rest of the rear lamp functions.
