Unhappy Rough Starting

When my 2003 Excursion 6.0 Diesel starts it runs rough as heck for about 10 minutes like it is not firing on all cylinders. What is wrong.

Sometimes a fouled fuel injector will cause the motor to run rough until it warms up. You can start with adding injector cleaner into your fuel, but if that doesn't help, you might want to consider having a diagnostic performed while the motor is cold. That should tell you if it's an injector and which one it is.
