Greetings, I'm new on this site, and to owning our '15 F250 XL 6.2 gas, Super Cab, 8' bed, 2 WD. My wife and I got it to better pull our travel trailer. It has the trailer package, but not the brake controller. I'm deciding to put an after market bc on it OR can I install a stock bc and be good to go? Is the plug-in under the dash for either? Would a stock bc need to be programmed, like the dealer said?
Any info on this from your experience would be appreciated!
