The difference is that the prior post was help for one lighting circuit. Since yours is multiple circuit drop out, my guess is it’s related to the trailering harnes as it extends back to the 7 way.. If you want to do some connector pinout out testing, I’ll shoot you some connector/ pin views to at least prove out everything through the relays and HL switch etc.. The trailering relays are in part through the Multi function, but the trailer park lamp is not, nor is the circuit protections tied together..

Default Trailer lights not working...

Here is the latest from our Ford technician which sounds like a crock to us, however, we had the same problem with our trailers. Trailer lights all in working order, plug into truck, no lights. Ford says, "Fuse (#90) is designed to fail if trailer is plugged in with vehichle and/or lights on." .... seriously? What if it's pitch black out?? Anyway, that's the "official" answer.
