Default 05 Ford 500 electrical issues...

Looking for help on a few minor electrical issues. Just bought for my new driver in the house.

First, the reverse sensors click and work, light comes on but will not allow me to turn it on. Is there a module somewhere that has failed?

Second, there is a bulb in the shifter for the indicator that isn't working, but also not blown. I tried replacing the bulb but I just don't think it is getting power.

Third, seat heater lights come on but seat heaters don't work.

None of these are a huge deal, but I'm just wondering if there is something simple that affects all three issues. Fuses are all good.

Thanks in advance!

From what info you provided , could this vehicle have a console shift?
If so, you may need to get in there and verify just where you have power and not.

My used 2006 came with working passenger seat heater, non-working driver seat heater. Last December body shop repair found the heater electrical cord under the drivers seat was fully unplugged, so he plugged it back in (tough to do) and it seemed to work. I forgot to try it further this winter because I'm used to not heated seat. Be alert for a reason why these tough to plug/unplug cords would be unplugged (sniff for smoke when first use it).

My car has 260,000 miles on it, so they do last; I like the comfort and quiet.

To hopefully prevent you from making a serious mistake, can we ask why you want it's location.

In most applications look near the oil filter area. It will be screwed into the block with a single wire coming off it.
