Default Engine Shuts off at 2.5rpm when driving

Hello Everyone, I am looking for some advice for this 2006 Ford Five Hundred Limited I have. It's been giving throttle body error codes p2103, p2104, and p2112. I've replaced the throttle body and tried the relearn procedure. Here is the weird thing, it idles fine and can drive when not driving hard. The minute that you press down on the pedal and it goes to 2.5rpms the engine shuts off and the car has to be restarted. When doing that it takes a good 10 to 20 seconds to start. Does anyone have an advice on where to start or look to get this fixed up. i am thinking its either a pedal issue or wiring issue.

Thank you in advance!

Check other thread named Throttle relearn HELP! for the DTCs at: https://www.fordforum.com/forum/ford...rn-help-50070/
Then first check Pinpoint-DH below, and the other pinpoint tests below when asked.

When engine stalls at WOT, what else you can do is to check your fuel pressure and fuel filter. If you have a bidirectional scanner you can activate components on demand and troubleshoot this much easier.
