Default Throttle relearn HELP!

Recently replaced the battery in a 2006 Ford 500. After which there is zero throttle response. Owners manual says to do a throttle relearn, which I have done multiple times now. Still have zero throttle of response. I have disconnected the battery, discharged the electrical system, checked other forums, checked YouTube videos and have 10 hours into trying to figure out what in the world is going on with this thing!

Fault codes P2104, Throttle actuator control system-forced idle. P2111 Throttle actuating control system forced open. P2112 throttle actuator control system forced closed.

The scan tool I used does not have the capabilities to do a throttle relearn, nor can this vehicle will be driven to a shop as it will only Idle.

I have cleaned the throttlebody with it still on the engine hoping that would help, no luck. Tomorrow I will be removing the throttlebody to clean it in hopes it helps.

Has anyone else had this problem! And all I did was replace a dead battery! That’s it.
