Well, something is definitely leaking. I filled it up on Monday, it was just above the max line, yesterday it was on line below it, today it's on the line below that.

Think about this,
If,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,after replacing the rack, the system was not bled to remove all the air.
It could give you all kinds of steering problems to start with, then as it expels the air a little at a time, the level drops and performance improves.
This is not unusual and we jump to conclusions that take us on a wild goose chase .
Many times it is a simple problem, that if we allow it , will ruin our whole day.
This is where even I overlooked the simple thing , ASSUMING the installers did everything right.

I'm hoping it will be something simple like air in the line. The car didn't drive well yesterday, and while the fluid has dropped, it's still well within the required amount. Tuesday is taking too long to get here, lol.
