Default A/c problems!!!

I have a 2009 ford flex limited and I am in texas. Durning the day when the temp is over 100 degrees, the a/c only blows cold on the passenger side, it blows warm air on driverside and the rear vents. But then drove it at night and the a/c blew cold on all vents like if nothing was wrong with it. Checked the freon pressure and is where its suppose to be, also checked for leaks and found none. Even changed a blend door actuator motor on the passenger side next to the recirculation door motor, because it was making a knocking noise, it did not solve the problem just fixed the noise.
Why does it do that and how can I get it fixed???
Please help!!

Hello to everyone,
Blend door actuators are the most common reason for the car air conditioning to blow cold air on one side and hot air on the other. They can be diagnosed with an advanced scan tool. ... If it does not move with the adjustments and commands, there is a problem with the blend door actuator and it will need to be replaced.
