There are a few things you might want to look into.
How is the water getting in the vehicle ?
Correct that, then find/use wet dry vac to remove the water or,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,make sure to look under the vehicle that has a clear opening away from fuel tank, wiring, brake/fuel lines etc. drill a small hole at the lowest point and encourage it to drain out. Of course you would have to lift the floormat to do this and I would suggest give the mat a week or two to dry before folding it back. A 1/8 hole is usually sufficient and can be easily closed with any type waterproof sealant.
That sloshing could be in the trunk possibly under the spare tire.

Nothing in the spare tire hole. It is definitely between the floor and the undercarriage on the passenger side. Was hoping to not have to make a hole. I thought there was probably one there but clogged and can't find it.
