A few questions if you will,
There mus be a reason why you are asking,
Do you have the equip to do what is required if you are planning on getting to the system?
From your question , maybe you could use some guidance?

Do not mess with the AC system unless you know what you are doing, it can quickly get expensive from mistakes.
That said the receiver drier element is in the condenser, it can be serviced separately but looks like its a pain. You do have to evac and charge the AC system for this repair which should be left to a professional.
