If you are planning on opening the system, you should replace the orifice and the receiver dryer (accumulator) and all the special "O" rings.
You will need to add the special oil for that system, there are recommendations as to what quantity depending on what parts get replaced.
The screen in the orifice is usually adequate unless there was a lot of junk circulating around inside the system which then should be flushed and purged.
There are filters available that come with instructions for proper installation.
Try to read up on as much info as possible ,you don't want to do this job over again because you took a shortcut.

Yep, I'm research it cause I can't find a listing for a orifice tube filter for the focus. Also can you flush the discharge line I see it's the only one with the little canister. I got lucky and got a really good compressor today. But I didn't plug it yet I'm change condenser, receiver drier and expansion valve and flush all lines before I use it. I'm vacuum for leaks if no leaks I may take it to shop to get filled....

Pretty sure that little canister is just a noise muffler. Good move to replace the condenser because they are almost impossible to clean out.
Appears you have a good handle on the situation, just take your time and cover all the bases. The payoff is when you need it it will be there !

Yeah I had saw that on YouTube the new condensers are totally different than the old ones as far as flushing it goes, and my drier is hooked on to it anyway just replace both at same time.

If you are planning on doing the work yourself, don't forget to flush the lines with the special flush fluid.
