Hi ( sorry for my English I’m french)

So... I’ve bought a Ford Focus 2018 in June. Since I’ve bought the car, when I lock my doors a few second later the alarm start. I need to unlock the doors and after I re lock it... and the second time it’s okay. And there is a company remote start in the car but most of the time when I start it... the lights flash 2 times and the car wanna start but NOTHING HAPPENS... I went 4 times to the dealer and they don’t know what’s happen... I need help because Im near to become crazy it’s so embarrassing when it happens..
