Default 02 F150 Triton 4 door. We need serious help!

We bought an 02 F150 4.6 Triton 2 years ago. We got to drive it maybe 6 months and found out transmission needed replacing. It has sat in the backyard up until we were able to get the funds to replace it.
We have successfully replaced the transmission. However we can not start the truck it will turn over but will not start. One of his buddies was there helping last year and decided to cut the wires going to the ?BSE or PATS)? Not sure but I'm going to try and link a picture of it. The truck was supposed to have a key fob with it but the previous owner couldn't find it. Just 2 chip keys is all we were given. We have gone to a wrecking yard and got an ignition switch with keys with an immobilizer already attached and it still will not start. We both have looked on line for help and read the owners manual. But nothing will start this truck and make it run.
We are not even sure if this is the anti theft for this truck or not but the wires were cut on it and everything we have found so far is pointing to this white box under the dash to the left side of the brake pedal behind the E Brake pedal is the Pats and that is what's wrong with it
If anyone knows anything about this and could possibly help we/ "I" would be so grateful for all suggestions or assistance in the matter!!
Thank you.
Sir for being so lengthy but I felt what I knew you should know too. My email is listed if it's easier to contact me that way. Again thank you.
Im sorry I stated wrong... This little box is located just under the steering column to the right just behind the ignition switch. We have since replaced it also.

Ive tried to get close ups of the numbers that are on it also.

I dont know if the wiring to the transmission replacement is correct and if that would have anything to do with it not starting but, I know that the PATS wires were cut. We were told to just eliminate it and we have tried that too.

Your 4 pics are showing the ignition switch and your buddy cut all the wires last year.
Where the key inserts that's called ignition lock cylinder.
The PATS should be in black color, still don't cut anything. It depends on what type of PATS if it kills starter relay only then that's easy to bypass.

Default Heiko Thank you!!

Hello thank you for responding!!!
The PATS system has disabled the engine. From what my OBDII READER states.
I would like to know how to reset it we've tried everything in the book and everything that I possibly could find on YouTube and the web without hotwiring it.
Lady night he found the original immobilizer that was on it, that he didn't even know this truck had to begin with, (my BF didn't even know what it was until I told him because I had a 02 Dodge pickup stolen and they destroyed the immobilizer and I had to personally solder the copper wires back together because they don't make them anymore for that truck) it was stuffed behind the air vents in the middle of the dash. He's begging... Please help him get this Anti-Theft system off before he decides to take a match to it.
Also last night my OBDll reader showed this...
CPS data link fault u1262 code

When butchers get loose in a vehicle , you guessed it, the"stuff" hits the fan.

I would suggest you reconnect as many of the cut wires as you can and we go from there. We know how it is supposed to work and can then follow the diagram, but if the wires are not there , LOTS OF LUCK !

We need to obtain a diagram and go from there , hoping the diagram agrees with our vehicle.

A by pass is only temporary and there is no excuse for doing it right. What do you think?
