The vehicle above has the 4.6L fuel injected engine and digital dash. The CEL comes on at about 3 miles driven which looks like at normal operating temperature. I get codes 172 & 176, too lean right and left sensor. So far I have replaced the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, IAT sensor, oxygen sensors, air filter and new plugs. Cleaned the MAF sensor, checked the plenum, fuel pressure is 32/40 and doesn't drop rapidly when the engine is shut off. I've also performed a smoke generator test with no detected leaks. The car starts fine and runs/accelerates good.I guess the question is, "What could be causing a lean condition when engine gets to normal operating temperature?" Don't have much hair to pull out at 78. Reset codes and is consistent pulling the same codes.
