After sitting at a stoplight or stop signs or whatever my truck goes into limp mode, I just recently put an aftermarket cold air intake on it. The brand is sinister. I tried it with the mass airflow sensor that came with it limp mode, so I contacted them and they said I could use the factory mass flow air sensor, so I switched them and my truck still keeps going into limp mode. Anybody know anything I can do besides put in the factory airbox back on

 

The system goes into limp mode to protect components and the vehicle can be driven to a repair facility.

Not knowing everything you did, strongly suggest you place everything back to original and see if it stops.
