88 f250 codes 52-81-82-87-84 please help

88 f250 4.9l in-line6 no start!!!
I’m losing my mind with this truck, since it’s OBD1, I used jumper wire at EEC test port, I located both plugs but there is no relay to be found, must these plugs be relayed??? Also are check engine flash codes in 2 or 3 digit intervals??? Any help would be much appreciated
New parts- TPS, IAC, Solenoid, ICM, Starter, Terminals, Battery, Transmission, Negative Ground wire, ignition coil connector/pig.
