Welcome to the site..

I would think the lube Service Center would have most of that data 'on site' as interchange and specific fitment applications within their supplying vendors offerings...
Meaning, most of the vehicles I've serviced that were prior lube center customers, run their own proprietary brand of filters, variety of aftermarket, and not usually Ford OE brands.
Looking up specific parts for some of the later MY's on the 'online' Ford stores is pretty straight forward, but being the range of years and models of Ford products that grace the service bays of most shops, not sure of a real comprehensive 'go to' manual or site that would cover it all.
Some of the aftermarket sites like RockAuto are good for part ID, part brand/ options and availability and cover a wide range MY's and vehicle manufactures..
If you run into a specific need or Ford application you need help with, certainly a call into your local Ford store would be a quick resource, or we could help here...
And, congratulations on the new job
