Default 2004 Ford Freestar SEL White smoke or steam coming from under the hood passenger side

I was driving the van off and on during the day. It has sat for a good hour then I started the van and backed out of the parking space, I heard high-pressure air being released and then white smoke or water vapor from under the hood. I parked and turned off the engine and opened the hood expecting a coolant leak. But the steam was gone and temps and coolant levels were good. I restarted the van and all was normal. But the AC seemed to have stopped blowing cold. When I got home I went to hook up my cheap advanced auto freon gauge and the pressure was maxed out in the red. There was green fluid coming from the low-pressure side but the cap was intact. It did again but I'm not able to see exactly where it's coming from, but definitely from the passenger side near the belt area. Any ideas on where this is coming from? I think it has to do with the air conditioning but I can't tell where from. I suspect the Accumulator drier but I'm not sure.
