Default Couple of issues I need help with

I have an 04 Freestar van and I need some new gauges and found I can get the whole set on ebay for fairly cheap. I have found one that has almost my exact miles except only 2000 more(this is the closest I have found). I would be good with that but does it matter what the other cluster says, will my van's computer tell it my actual miles? Is this something I can do myself and not need a shop computer to complete?

I also have a loud roaring noise that stays constant in motion and sounds like it might be on my wheel(driver side). It is very loud and intensifies with speed. I am guessing a wheel bearing. Is this a job that is straight forward to do?

Last issue is my power windows, the driver and passenger side do not work, well occasionally they will go down then might not come up again until some later random try. Could this be a window switch wearing out?

About the windows, yes it is the switches. You can take them out, take them apart, clean the oxidation from the round copper contacts on the circuit board and membrane with qtips and a mild abrasive like toothpaste, then with alcohol or electrical contact cleaner.
